I copied A-90 Orlyonok picture which I had found in the internet.
It can fly near ground surface utilizing ground effect.
Lifting power by ground effect is larger than that of higher altitude lift.
So its wing area is shorter than that of approximately the same scale aircraft.
Its force strength is due to the ratio of altitude and chord length of its main wings.
The more access toward the ground the more lift ekranoplan get.
Eklanoplan cannot take advantage of ground effect efficiently because it cannot keep low altitude
not to hit against wave of Caspian Sea.
