Garbage around the world seems to be taking over our earh space, be it in developed countries or elsewhere in the developing world. The modern life style may be one factor.. Garbage around air ports is conducive to bird hits and hence is a life-threatening phenomenon...Maybe we will stop dumping garbage as we please, once we are left with no more earth space ...Mars is a viable alternative, though;-)
