The tyrant should be 1st in my judgement. Because, no other dictator bit Isaias when it comes to cruelty,luck of compassion,Ignorance,self confidence and moral compass. So, our dictator shoud come first.
By the way he also labelled the Eritrean people, who he thinks his property, are living better than the swidish people.
That is why I said he should be come first on the dictators list. wedi medhin berad who has complications of his immage that hounts him till today.
