Lack of Intelligence
#461197 / viewed 260 timesThe U.S. government's top vaccine expert, Peter Marks, has resigned as head of the FDA's vaccine division, which oversees drug and food safety.
The New York Times and the Washington Post both reported the news. Marks described his move as a protest against "disinformation and lies" following the appointment of U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
In his resignation letter, he complained of "unprecedented attacks on scientific truth" by the secretary and his supporters.
According to US media reports, Marks may also have been pressured into resigning.
He probably had too little resistance
