In feine Scheiben schneiden (ca. 5 mm), mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika, ein wenig Knoblauch und Olivenöl würzen, in einer Pfanne mit heißem Olivenöl ca. 8 Minuten ausbacken bis sie gerade braun werden.
Dazu Fischfilet, Reis und Bohnen. :-)
